Recruitment Notice

The State Project Directorate under Department of Higher and Technical Education & Skill Development intends to recruit Finance Manager on contractual basis for implementation of Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyaan (RUSA), a Centrally Sponsored Scheme to support Jharkhand State Higher Education Council (JSHEC) governed by Jharkhand State Higher Education Council Act, 2016.

Applications are invited for the Post of Finance Manager for rendering services for the position as detailed below:-

Qualification and Experience Eligibility Criteria:

• M.Com. or MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 55% marks.

• Post qualification of the above, 04 years of experience as Finance Manager/ Finance Officer or Equivalent in Govt. of India/ PSU / State Govts.

• Experience of preparation of financial plan and its implementation.

• Maximum age limit will be 50 Years.

  Desirable:

• Candidate having working knowledge of Public Financial Management System (PFMS) would be given preference.

  Mode of Recruitment:

• On the basis of evaluation of marks in Qualifying Degree, Work Experience and Interview.

• Candidates will be intimated through email / phone for the interview.

Terms of Engagement:

1. Contractual recruitment will be made initially for a period of 03 years from date of appointment which may be extended up to the completion of the project subject to satisfactory performance. The contract may be terminated unilaterally in case of unsatisfactory services.

2. The selected candidate would be required to sign an agreement within two weeks of joining otherwise his/her candidature will be cancelled.
