Application are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up the post of Junior Research Fellow on contract basis for the SERB funded project entitled Modeling Sporadic Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Using Patient Derived Induced Pluripotent stem cells" under Dr. K.Vijayalakshmi, Assistant Professor Of Neurophysiology & Principal Investigator.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF) 1 (One) MPhil in Neurophysiology/ Neurosciences with NET qualification OR Masters Degree in Stem Cell Biology/ Neurosciences/Physiology or equivalent Masters degree in any field of Life Science with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in professional course with NET qualification Or Post graduate in professional course 1 -2 years of Research experience in stem cell culture/ Neurophysiology/Neuroscience Experience in stem cell culture techniques, Deriving primary cultures, maintenance of neuronal/stem cell lines and techniques in molecular biology 28 Years Rs.25,000/- + 30% HRA p.m for Ist and 2nd Year Rs.28,000/- + 30% HRA p.m for 3rd year 3 years Initial appointment will be made for a period of one year which is extendable depending upon the performance of the candidate. |
