OR (iii) At least 3years experience as Assistant Engineer (or equivalent) and above in Government organizations or as Manager (or equivalent) in PSUs either individually or combined. The person should also meet the hurdle criteria of having at least 3 years’ experience in construction of Highway project in any grade.
