Job description : Clinical management of egg laying poultry/immunization of hen for collection of eggs from immunized hen/efficacy evaluation of anti snake venom using WHO prescribed protocols in mice models/determination of LD50/ED50/MHD50/AHD50 etc. Analysis of pharmaco dynamics (PD) and pharmaco kinetics (PK) of newly purified therapeutic proteins for treatment of snake bite; using fluorescent imaging technique in mice model, dose finding assays for treatment. Compilation and coordination preclinical data for submission to obtain regulatory approvals/ GLP in all experiments. Ultimately to work in a pharmaceutical set up for drug development and qualification. Duration : One year or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier depending on the performance of the candidate, project duration and progress of the project.
