The contractual staff (RA/ Accountant/ Computer Operator/ Lab Attendant) if he/she desires, may leave the assignment by giving one-month notice and with the approval of competent authority which he/she should deposit one-month emolument to the office. The contractual staff (RA/ Accountant/ Computer Operator/ Lab Attendant) shall settle his/her claim within three months of leaving the assignment. No claim will be entertained by the RPQS/Directorate after three months of leaving/ termination of his/her services.
